An ancient healing practice, Thai Yoga Massage helps release energy that may be blocked in the body and that can be the cause of aches and pains such as headaches, back and neck pain and others.
This style of massage is like a moving meditation, that supports the free flow of energy through the body, it also supports mobility movement and fascial body release. It is for everyone of any age, regardless of flexibility or strength.
In this workshop Su McFadzean will guide you through a 45 minute dynamic massage sequence that you will both give and receive. You’ll be shown how to use gentle stretching and use your hands, feet and elbows to apply pressure on your partner to help restore balance and calm in their body.
