Power of Breath Series

‘The Power of the Breath Series'

In this six-week course, you will be guided through conscious breath-work and pranayama, where yoga really begins to shift energy and mind states. If you want to seriously engage with a deeper, more consistent and inspiring breath-work/pranayama practice then this course is for you.

This six week course will:

  • Build on and deepen personal practice.

  • Build inner resilience.

  • Inspire your work as a change agent.

  • Underpin your well-being so as to keep yourself safe, balanced and grounded in the transformation.

  • Anchor into a few core classical pranayama techniques – vitalising, balancing and tranquillising in order to embody their effects and draw on them when you need to in daily life.

  • Utilise pranayama as an active form of meditation layering in visualisation and working with resonance and vibration.

  • Connect with a sangha – like-minded group on the journey of ‘doing the mahi’.

Ideally you:

  • Have some kind of established practice and are familiar with the personal benefits of that practice.

  • Recognise a need (you might even say it’s a ‘call’) to bring about significant change in your world (a profession, a business, a creative endeavour, a cause, a community of interest) by investing in yourself as the centre of that ripple.

When:  Every Wednesday from 7.15 pm - 8pm. Starts 16th September.

Where: The new meditation room

Investment: $145 for all six classes
