The Simplicity Of Being

Return to the simplicity of being with this day retreat led by Yoga Teacher and Retreat Leader Fiona Liu. Enjoy the richness of time and space to explore your inner experiences and relationship to yourself.

This retreat is for anyone, regardless of their level of yoga, who is looking to find calm, reduce their stress levels, restore balance in their body and learn how to become fully present.

Fiona will guide you through nurturing yoga and breathing practices and meditation, in our beautiful Meditation Room. You'll enjoy a light lunch and the chance to meet other like-minded people.

There will be time to journal, so bring a long an existing journal or a new one, to start afresh.

This is a perfect day of relaxation and peacefulness to share with a loved-one – partner, family or friend.

 What the day covers:

  • Hatha Yoga to move energy in the body

  • Yin Yoga to stimulate the Qi/Prana into the deeper connective tissues

  • Pranayama (breathing) practice

  • Yoga Nidra – or commonly known as ‘sleep yoga’, puts your body into a state of deep relaxation to help reduce anxiety by soothing the nervous system

  • Wisdom Teachings for mindfulness 

  • Guided sitting and walking meditation for the body, mind and heart

  • Time to journal to reflect on any learnings and discoveries

 Spaces are limited to 8, so book early to secure your spot.
