Meditation for Serious Mahi


Many of us are now facing up to profound challenges that are sweeping across our world:

“Meditation for Serious Mahi” with Sannyasi Pragyadhara is an opportunity to deepen your existing meditative practice and explore ways to make it truly transformative and supportive of your mahi. Ideally you:

- Have some kind of established meditation practice and are familiar with the personal benefits of that practice
- Recognise a need (you might even say it’s a ‘call’) to bring about significant change in your world (a profession, a business, a creative endeavour, a cause, a community of interest).
- Want to seriously engage with a deeper, more consistent and creative meditation practice to inspire your work as a change agent and underpin your wellbeing so as to keep yourself safe, balanced and grounded in the transformation.

In this six-week course we will:
- Hone your ability to sit with presence through deepening into the witness aspect
- Unravel and release energetic blockages so that your inherent abilities are enabled and expressed
- Build your resilience toolkit
- Integrate change inspiring new ways of Being, relating, interacting in the world
- Investigate where further mahi is to be done
- Engage in authentic exchange of 'where I am at' and where further work lies?
- Use swadhyaya – self inquiry practices to facilitate the extension of awareness 'off the mat and into the edges of life'
- Connect with a sangha – like-minded group on the journey of doing the 'mahi'
- Utilise active forms of meditation like breathwork, visualisation, mantra and using a mala
- Deepen into personal practice

When: This six week course runs every Wednesday from 6pm-7pm.
