Kinstretch is ‘a movement enhancement system that develops maximum body control, flexibility and USABLE ranges of motion’. It is the perfect accompaniment to your Yoga practice!
Think of it as strength training for your joints at your end ranges of motion, that helps you develop not only more flexibility/passive range of motion, it helps develop mobility/active range of motion, so you can safely move in and out of those ranges, use them better, reduce pain and mitigate injury.
