Cacao is used in a sacred medicinal ritual, where intentions are set and once consumed, negative emotions are released and we are able to connect to ourselves and the loving energy in our body. Through visualisation, Jock structures the cacao ceremony to allow you to detach from your every day life and instead look inward so that you can explore into emotions, sensations and thoughts.
