Yoga helps to create strength and balance in the body, and manage stress and anxiety. Maintaining a healthy body and mind is important now more than ever.
This six-week course led by John Sinclair will take you on an educational, inquiry-based journey into the fundamentals of the practice of yoga – for body, mind and wairua (spirit). Through this course, you will learn the skills and tools you need to integrate yoga into personalised practice – both in the studio and at home.
