Yin Yang Yoga
A blend of Yin and Yang styles of yoga, Yin Yang gives you a mix of holding poses and stillness, as well as, dynamic movement.
Yin Yoga
Take some self-care time out for you by practicing mindfulness in our Yin class, which holds poses between 3-5 minutes. Release and relax.
