Yin Yang Yoga

Stay balanced with a mixture of gentle and more active postures.

 

A great combination of both Yin and Yang styles of yoga. We begin with a couple of Yin floor postures to soften the deeper tissues, then move to a gentle Yang (active) flow with breath awareness to build heat in the body and finally work into some longer held Yin poses to calm the body and the mind.

Classes are 60-75 minutes. Suitable for all levels, perfect for beginners. Room temperature is at teachers discretion.
