These classes take a slightly different approach to what we commonly think of as Restorative Yoga. Each week, we will focus on a specific part of the body and work with that part in a way that brings healing to the area. This does not necessarily mean that it will all be relaxing, there will be some dynamic movement woven into the class where and when necessary.
These classes provides a framework for you to explore how your body moves in relation to that particular focus, and calls on you to tune into how you can move in a way that brings healing. These are true Mahi Yoga classes, you will start to see the benefits when you put in the work for your body, mind and spirit.
Classes are 60-75 minutes. Suitable for all levels. Room temperature is at teachers discretion.
