Our Hot Hatha Yoga class is sure to warm the body up! This is our classic hot sequence that works 100% of the body and challenges the mind.

The room is heat infused to prevent injury, promote detoxification and enhance a deeper release within the body. Fresh air is circulated to make conditions ideal for a foundational sequence that vary slightly each class to strengthen bones and muscles and keep the mind-body connection sharp!

Classes are 60-75 minutes. Suitable for all levels.
