In this 60 minute class you will be guided through sequences that are designed to help you explore your own habitual tendencies in movement. This slow flow practice is designed to improve mobility as well as improve the way that we move.
Hañsa yoga enables the practitioner to develop a greater sense of embodied self-awareness, and promotes overall healthy functioning of the physical, mental and emotional body.
