These classes explore the various ways to move the body in a class that is purposefully sequenced and structured. These classes are designed to challenge you both physically and mindfully – a call to stay deeply present and aware during your practice. In the class we begin to feel the meaning of the word mahi within the practice of Yoga. It is an opportunity to do that good work for you body, mind and wairua.

Dynamic classes will often have a specific focus each week and you can expect (although can opt-out of) hands-on assists. You will be guided through an intentional and mindful set of Yoga poses to gain deeper access to and awareness of the body, mind and spirit.

Classes are 60-75 minutes. Suitable for all levels. Room temperature is at teachers discretion.
