Milly Taylor
Milly has been practicing yoga for seven years and teaching for three years. She found beginning with the practice a simple way to find release from the regular stressors and anxieties of being a teenager. Milly knew one day she wanted to teach but thought it would be much further down the track.
After completing one year of university, she felt it wasn’t the right place for her. She went on to complete her first 200 hour of yoga training and continued with several more training sessions. Milly has taught a variety of students from ages two to 70! She loves to see how the practice can create space for calm and quiet in people's busy lives.
Milly's classes reflect her own practice which is built upon breath and intention being the priority and the depth of the physical asana second.
