In te reo Māori, mahi (pronounced ‘maa-hee’) means work, purposeful work that requires effort, that takes you to a different and better place.
We believe yoga is mahi.

Classes For All Levels – Beginners To Advanced
We offer a range of dynamic and relaxing classes during the week and on weekends.
Dynamic & Vinyasa
Ready for a challenge mentally and physically? Our Dynamic and Vinyasa flow classes will get you to become present as you coordinate breath and movement together.
Hatha Yoga
The Hatha sequence moves a little slower allowing you to control your breath and movement and challenge your strength.
Yin Yang & Yin Yoga
Yin Yang gives you a mix of holding poses and stillness, as well as, dynamic movement. In our Yin classes we hold poses between 3-5 minutes, release and relax.
Auckland Yoga Studio
Located in the heart of Newmarket near bus stops and the Newmarket train station, our beautiful Auckland studio is open every day of the week. It’s your sanctuary – a place where you can focus on what your body and mind need to refresh and recharge.
We offer free mat rentals for all our classes and there are a range of props in-studio for your use.
